Prepared in collaboration with the Schatz Energy Research Center and ECREEE, this quality assurance framework was developed to support a new approach for the procurement, installation and long-term maintenance of off-grid solar electricity systems at public facilities, such as health clinics, schools, and public offices.
This requirements and guidelines document can be used in conjunction with the Bid Specification Templates for Off-grid Solar Systems for Public Facilities and the Off-Grid Public Facilities PV System Design Tool.
